Mark W. "Welby" Kestner

Mark was a devoted and proud member of Apollo Hose Company #2 Fire Department. His health issues never interfered with his humor and friendships, which were the biggest part of his life. He loved joking with his friends, however his serious side came into play when it involved the Fire Department. "Welby" will leave a permanent imprint with all who knew him. We´ll miss you dear friend.
