Tater was a Masonry by trade for over 50 years. He tried to retire and couldn't just stay home, so he went to work for TMF Lighting, doing concerts for almost 8 years before having to fully retire. He enjoyed working for TMF, he got to see some of his favorite singers!
Tater loved fishing, camping, and just being with friends and family, sitting and talking about the good ole days! To know Tater, made you family, and he would have done anything to help you out. He loved to sit out in the yard, or at a campfire and tell stories. He would do that for hours.
We would like to give special thanks to his two best friends Mark Johnson, and David Coker!! Thank you for loving him unconditionally, and always knowing how to make him laugh and smile!
Tater's memorial will be Saturday, July 22, 2023, 11am @ Emmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 943 Pine Hill Road, Shreveport, LA 71107. Pastor Tevor McCleskey will be officiating the service. We will have fellowship directly after the memorial service.
