Beloved husband for 25 years of Tiffany L. Woelfel Kovalcin. Loving father of Evan Kovalcin and lineBrendan Kovalcin. Brother of John Heinlein III (Janet), Karen Petrozza (Luke), Melinda Hogue (John), Matthew Heinlein, and Greg Kovalcin (Jen). Uncle of John IV, Jason, Luke, Christian, Lissy, Dylan and Braden. He loved rescuing Doberman Pinschers, playing music, his guitar and caring for his six dogs. Most of all, he loved his family and being the primary caretaker for his son, Evan.
