Mark Eldon Longbrake, 65 of St. Cloud, Florida passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, 12:15 AM at his home with his family by his side.
Born November 22, 1959 in Kenton, Ohio, he was the son of Jerry J. Longbrake and Carole Anne Longbrake. His family moved to
Kissimmee, Florida in 1962 to start a tool and die business, Precision Mold and Tool, which became his life long career. Mark graduated from Osceola High School in 1978 where he developed many lasting friendships and lifelong loyalty to the Osceola Kowboys, especially for the football program for which he played.
Mark had a passion for the outdoors, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, boating, his dogs and any activity that would take place in the woods. He even extended his love for the outdoors to westerns, to TV programs such as Gunsmoke and anything featuring John Wayne.
Those left to love and cherish his memory are his wife, Sherri, mother Carole Longbrake-Kissimmee, his father Jerry Longbrake (Tommy) - St. Cloud, brother Joe Longbrake - Kissimmee, sister Cinda Smallwood - St. Cloud, thirteen nieces and nephews and twenty-two great nieces and nephews.
The family of Mark Eldon Longbrake will receive friends on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 11:00 A.M. to 12 Noon at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. A service to Celebrate the Life of Mark Eldon Longbrake will be held at 12:00 noon immediately following the visitation in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home.
The family of Mark also welcomes everyone to join them for reception at Heart D Farm 5800 Canoe Creek Road St Cloud,, Florida 34772.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Mark Eldon Longbrake.
