Mark Craig Manning

Mark Manning, age 71, of Lytton, IA, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025, at UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's Hospital in Sioux City, IA. Mark Craig was born on May 23, 1954, to parents William and Betty Lou (Boucher) Manning. He grew up in Lytton, where he attended grade school and graduated from Lytton High School.

Mark worked as a brick mason for his entire life, traveling to complete large projects around the Midwest, and he enjoyed mowing his lawn and taking care of his property. Mark was a wonderful caregiver for his parents and brother, Mike.

Those left to cherish his memory include his siblings: Gary (Becky) Manning of Lake View, IA, and Betty Passe of Whitehall, WI; nieces and nephews: Nic Manning, Shelly (Allan) Schuster, Jeremiah (Melissa) Passe, Joseph Passe, Isaiah (Claudia) Passe, and Lindsey (Jay) Mayes; great nieces and nephews: Tristan Passe, Jerry Passe, Sophia Passe, Judah Passe, Isaiah Passe, Isabella Passe, Moriyah Mayes, Samara Mayes, and Paxton Schuster.

Mark was preceded in death by his father, William Manning; mother, Betty Lou Manning; brother Mike Manning; and brother-in-law Robin Passe.

There will be a private burial at a later date.
