I own a small independent adjusting firm in the Midwest and have assisted Mark with many claims over the years. He was knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly fair minded. He always made sure that the insured received the full benefit of their insurance policy. He was one of the good ones.
He will truly be missed. You have my deepest sympathies.
