Mark C. Perry

Mark C. Perry, 72, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025.

Born in Michigan, Mark moved to the Tampa, Florida area at a very young age with his parents. After relocating to Ft. Lauderdale to attend law school, he made South Florida his permanent home, building a respected legal career, deep friendships, and a life defined by partnership, loyalty, family and happiness. At the center of Mark's life was his wife of 38 years, Diane M. Perry. Mark and Diane were true partners in every sense sharing their home, their interests, their friendships, and their daily lives. Mark graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa, Class of 1971. After graduating from the University of South Florida, Mark went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1978. He practiced law through the Law Office of Mark C. Perry, PA where he was known for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to his clients. Outside of his legal career, Mark fully embraced South Florida's lifestyle. He was an avid golfer, boater, scuba diver, and an animal lover, especially of his pets, Bennie and Zack, they being his most recent felines. He also took pride in achieving three holes-in-one while golfing.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Alva Perry and Ellie Frazier Perry. He is survived by his beloved wife, Diane, and by the extended family he held dear- brothers, sisters, and their nieces and nephews, with whom he shared close and enduring relationships. He is also survived by his brother, Mitch Perry of Clearwater, Florida. Mark will be remembered as a devoted husband, a loyal friend, a family man, and a man who lived fully.
