Mark Plazewski Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 4, 2023.

Mark passed after a strong fight against 6 months of cancer. He was born in Tampa Florida. He moved to Cape Coral and graduated from North Ft. Myers. In the 66 years that Mark lived, he was so many things to so many people. He worked for his father for many years and went into lawn care for the last 15+.
On April 12, 1986 he married the love of his life, Terri (Bumen)Plazewski. He became a strong, loving father to his two sons. His gentle personality and open communication with his sons was unconditional. He was a LA Rams and St. Louis Cardinals fan and an avid NASCAR fan.
He is preceded in death by his father Robert. Survivors included his loving wife Terri of 37 years, sons AJ and Dalton, mother Marie, sisters Mary (Rick), Susan (Tom), Nancy (David) and brothers Bob (Kip), David (Laura). Mother-in-law Katherine Bumen, Sister-in-law Kim (Robin) and many cousins, nieces and nephews. And dear friends Ken and Larry.
A memorial celebration of life will be held from 4-6pm, on December 13 at Gendron Funeral Home 2325 E Mall Dr., Fort Myers. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice/Lee County Humane Society.

Mark was a wonderful man , I manage the 711 he came to everyday to get his gas and lotto. Hailee and I were very fond of Mark and loved seeing him everyday. My sincere condolences to his family. He will definitely be missed.
