It is with heavy hearts that we gather to celebrate the life of Mark, a cherished husband, devoted father, and loving family member. Mark was the beloved husband and high school sweetheart of Gail, whom he shared countless treasured moments. He took great pride in his role as a father to Delen and Aaron (Lara) Potter, nurturing them with unwavering love and support.
Mark's brotherhood extended to Bob (Debby), Shaun (Missy), and Gary (Wendy), embracing family ties that run deep, while also cherishing the memories of his late brothers, Kurt (late Tony) and Todd (Debbie). The warmth of his spirit will be remembered fondly by his Aunt Mary, as well as his cousins, nieces, and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
We invite those who knew and loved Mark to join us in honoring his memory during a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 31st, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. A prayer service will take place at 6:00 PM, providing a moment for reflection and shared remembrance. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that attendees wear their favorite sports attire, symbolizing Mark's passion for life and the joy he found in camaraderie and competition.
As we gather to pay tribute to a remarkable individual, let us carry forward the legacy of love and kindness that Mark has instilled in us all.
