Mark Lee Robertson, age 70, of Acworth, GA, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Born on September 15, 1955 in Marietta, Georgia, Mark grew up with strong roots in his community and deep faith, being baptized at the age of 12 at Acworth First Baptist Church.
A graduate of North Cobb High School, Mark spent many years working alongside his father in the construction industry. Their dedication and commitment to hard work became a defining part of Mark’s life.
Mark was a man of simple joys and quiet generosity. He had a longstanding love for fishing, often spending peaceful time by the water. His passion for gardening was evident to all—neighbors frequently enjoyed fresh vegetables from his bountiful harvests. Mark also loved animals, grilling outdoors, and listening to his favorite 1970’s music, which brought him great happiness.
His greatest acts of love were shown through his devotion to family. Mark was his father’s caretaker for the last 8–9 years of his father’s life, and he faithfully cared for his mother for many years, ensuring she had everything she needed, especially since she did not drive. His selfless spirit and quiet devotion to those he loved will always be remembered.
Mark is survived by his mother, Faye Robertson, sister, Kim Robertson, sister-in-law, Kelly Robertson, and nephew, Chris Robertson. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Lee Robertson, and his brother, Joseph Alan Robertson.
