Mark S. Sarisky, age 65, of Hubbard passed away surrounded by his loving family at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh on Tuesday February 11, 2025.
Mark was born September 27, 1959 in Youngstown, Ohio a son of Raymond J. & Mary R. Scherer Sarisky.
He was a 1977 graduate of Hubbard High School.
Mark recently retired in 2024 as the President and co-owner of Stewart Furniture Inc. in Hubbard, Ohio where he worked for 45 years.
He was a member of Saint Patrick Roman Catholic Church.
Mark had a special gift for creating masterpieces of all kinds and there was nothing that he could not fix. He loved to spend time outdoors gardening, doing yardwork, fishing, swimming, and completing home improvement projects like no other. He also enjoyed watching and attending motorsport events and Nascar, doing jigsaw puzzles and playing foosball. Most notable was the unconditional love Mark had for his wife, children and grandchildren.
Mark will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family; his wife the former Annette DePasquale whom he married March 20, 1982; his children Mark R. (Gabrielle) Sarisky of Canfield, Ohio; Shannon M. (Chase) Regano of Boardman, Ohio; his grandchildren Brynn, Hattie, and Mckenna.
He also leaves his siblings, Richard (Colleen) Sarisky of Hubbard; Paula Jones of Hubbard; Robin (Kathy) Sarisky of Hubbard; Sally (Jim) Severa of Liberty; and Janice (Edward) Castner of Hubbard.
His parents preceded him in death.
There will be a Memorial Service held on Thursday February 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM with calling hours prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mark's memory to Donate Life America - 5516 Falmouth Street - Suite 302 - Richmond, Virginia 23230.
