Mark Edward Schmidt passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025 at the age of 54. He was born to Michael L. and Sandra J. Schmidt (nee Fiedler) on May 13, 1970. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Greendale, WI.
Mark was the devoted father of Noah (Christianna), Taylor, and Abigail. Ecstatic and proud Bumpa of Harper and Harlow. Dearest brother of Matthew (Bobbie) and Michael. Survived by his former wife and mother to his children, Elizabeth (nee Brindza). Further survived by other friends and relatives, his girlfriend Amy, and his dog Zara. Mark’s family wishes to thank his lifelong friends for their loving and endless support.
He was passionate about playing and watching European League Soccer. In his spare time also enjoyed antique shopping and restoring old furniture with his children. His smile brightened any room, and his laugh was unforgettable. He was always there to lend a helping hand, putting others before himself. Mark’s family was the most important thing to him, as he will now be remembered through them.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church (6705 Northway, Greendale, WI) on Saturday, April 5th starting at 9:30AM until time of Memorial Service at 11:30AM.
