Mark A. Smith age 30, of Brownsville, PA, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born June 14, 1995 in Morgantown, WV son of the late Jacquiline Livingood Smith and James Smith, Jr of Brownsville. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Steven Smith and Andrew Smith.

Mark enjoyed working as a shift leader for the McDonald's in Brownsville. He walked an hour to and from work every day and was never late. Mark enjoyed gaming on his computer and was very close to his father.

Left to cherish Mark's memory are his father, James Smith, Jr. and brother, James Smith, III of West Virginia; and will also be missed by his friends and coworkers.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA, where friends will be received on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 from 4 until 6 PM followed by a service celebrating his life at 6 PM with Dr. Mac Reed officiating. Internment will be private.

This is so sad . I would give Mark a ride sometimes when I was on my way to McDonald´s. We talked about him getting a car he wa saving up we talked about electric bike he said they were expensive to . It was that Thursday Dec 18th I was headed towards Uniontown and Mark was walking to work about 10:30 am I gave him a ride to McDonald´s . Such a good guy this doesn´t make sense
