Mark Henry Stock

Mark Henry Stock, 61, passed away peacefully at home on February 13, 2026, after a long and determined fight with health issues. He remained strong throughout his journey, and continued to fight the battle until the very end.

Born on February 15, 1964, in San Diego, California, Mark was truly a people person. He never met a stranger and had a natural ability to connect with others, making friends everywhere he went. He loved his family and friends deeply and was loved by all who knew him.

Mark was an avid sports fan who found great enjoyment in cheering on his favorite teams, especially the Florida Gators and the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was also a devoted NASCAR fan and looked forward to watching races whenever he could.

Above all, Mark's greatest joy was his family. He is survived by his father, Chuck (Patty) Stock; fiancé Helene Jones, his daughter, Lacy (Lewis) Canterbury; and his beloved grandchildren, Lauren and Layne Canterbury. He is also survived by his brother, Neil (Susie) Stock; his sister, Allison Leeper (Bob); his nephews, Nathan Stock, Jackson Leeper, and Harrison Leeper; and his niece, Sarah Laird.

Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Helena "Eileen" Stock, and his sister, Susan Korpela.

Mark will be remembered for his strength, his kind and welcoming spirit, and the deep love he shared with those around him. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
