Born in Detroit Michigan on Oct 30 1955.
Passed away on Sept 10, 2025 in his home in Au Gres Michigan with His wife of 43 years Janice Sylvester and his dog Tootsie by his side.
Mark was a Hamtramck Firefighter for 25 years. He was twice decorated for meritorious actions at fire scenes and was Firefighter of the year in 1997. Mark also served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
He enjoyed boating, fishing and golfing.
He is survived by his wife Janice and nieces Peggy Bryant and Linda (Darrin) White and many great nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his father Thomas, mother Josephine (neé Horvat), and sister Helen Bean.

Our deepest sympathies to the family of Mark. He was a friend of my brother Bob Reese who also was a Hamtramck firefighter. Praying that our Lord will surround his wife and family with love and pease.
