Mark Tilly Obituary

Mark was born June 23, 1962 in Ishpeming to Milton 'Tony' and Janet (Young) Tilly and attended Negaunee Schools. He began his construction career working in Irvine, Texas before working locally with numerous companies, retiring from Scott's Home Repair when he was no longer able to work.
Mark enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, watching movies and going to camp with his beloved grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Linda (Swenor) Tilly; sons: Mark Tilly, Jr. and Tony Tilly; daughters: Sarah (Ron) Hendra and Janet (Robert) Helsten; his favorite grandkids that kept him young: Harmony, Mariah, Dylan Helsten and Dillon Tilly; his sister, Diane Tilly; and brothers: David (Shari) Tilly and Robert (Gina) Tilly; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mark can now rest in peace with his mother and father; father-in-law, Louis Swenor; brothers-in-law: Michael, Tom and Steve Swenor; and sister-in-law, Sharon Larson.
The family extends a heartfelt thank you to Amcab, Dr. Grossman and Dr. Metcalf, and caregivers from UP Home Health and Hospice for their wonderful care provided.
Honoring Mark's wishes, a private family Celebration of Life will be held. His memorial page may be viewed at koskeyfuneralhome.com.
