He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Jeff Tullis.
The family includes his companion Mary Lou Gomez of Grand Lake Towne, son Sean O'Hara of Suffolk, Virgina, daughter, Tiffany Tullis of Kansas, sister, Susan Moreno of San Diego, grandchildren, Dalton, Mason, and Olivia.
Private services will be held. Online condolences may be made at www.highsmithfh.com or on the funeral home Facebook page. Arrangements are in the care of the Burckhalter-Highsmith Funeral and Cremation Services of Vinita.

God Bless You and Your Family in your time of loss. Had the pleasure of working with Mark at High Wycombe. He was always there when needed. He will be in my prayers.
