He was a member of St. Stephen Church.
He is survived by his children, Tasha Ford (Carl), DeCora Whalen and Mark Whalen Jr.; sisters, Nailah Jamake and Yolanda Jackson; 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Visitation: 10am-12pm Monday, November 4, 2024 at St Stephen Church, 1018 So. 15th Street, funeral service to follow at 12pm, burial in KY Veterans Cemetery.
