Marla Linn Wood, age 59 of Bridgeport, passed away at her home on Saturday, October 4, 2025. She was born January 16, 1966, in Lawrenceville to Harold "Pee Wee" Seward and his wife Linda Sue (Cooper) Seward.

Marla is survived by her husband, Kevin Wood. She married him at Red Hills State Park on September 29, 2007. She is also survived by: her daughter- Maria DeLong of Sumner; two step-children- Tiffany Wagler and her husband Justin of Washington, IN and Nathan Wood and girlfriend Brianne Ferguson of Linton, IN; eleven grandchildren- Lindsey DeLong and Alyssa DeLong, Brooklyn and Madison Wagler, Rowan, Kori, and Maverick Wood, Eli Rayman, Osiris (Si) Sneed, and Brycen, and Delilah Ferguson; and several nieces and nephews.

Marla was a homemaker to her family, had worked at ATS, and devoted much of her time working at the Lawrenceville and Vincennes Wal-Mart locations. She was a hard worker and truly enjoyed being busy. She liked being around horses and cows, collected angels and lighthouses, spent time gardening, and enjoyed shopping. Above all else, Marla LOVED her family.
