Marlene Bodisch, 87, formerly of Whitehall, died Thursday, January 22, 2026, at her residence at Rittenhouse Village in Allentown. She was the wife of the late Edward J. Bodisch, with whom she celebrated over 53 years of marriage prior to his passing in 2025.

Born in Allentown and raised in Emmaus, she was a daughter of the late Wilmer Rosenberger. She was a graduate of Emmaus High School. She was a sales clerk for the former S & H Green Stamps.

Marlene was a long-time member of St. Peter's R.C. Church in Coplay. She enjoyed traveling and playing golf with her husband. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Surviving are her sons Brian and Craig Yost; 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandkids and a niece. She was preceded in death by her brothers Jack and Larry Rosenberger.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions in her memory may be made directly to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN. 38105

So sorry to learn of Marlene´s passing. We used to get together as a group with the Wagners years ago. We always enjoyed Ed and Marlene´s company. Our sympathy to the family.
