Marlene M. (Constantino) Danko, 79, of Exeter, passed away Monday, July 7, 2025, with her family at her side.
Born May 22, 1946, in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Anne (Oliver) Constantino. Marlene was a cherished daughter, beloved mother and a devoted sister who touched the lives of many with her kindness and gentle spirit.
She is survived by her son, Michael John Danko III and his wife, Michelle, as well as her beloved sister, Rose Mary Thubborn.
Marlene was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Danko Jr.; sisters, Ann Marie Powell, Dolores Dixon and Betty Legg; along with brothers, John and Carmen Constantino.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marlene's name to the SPCA of Luzerne County, 524 E. Main St., Wilkes Barre , PA 18702
Funeral services have been entrusted to Graziano Funeral Home Inc., 700 South Twp. Blvd., Pittston Twp.
Public viewing will be held at the funeral home from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 11, 2025.
Funeral services will begin at the funeral home at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 12, 2025. Those who plan on attending are asked to be at the funeral home no later than 8:45 a.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from St. Ann's Monastery, 1233 St. Ann St., Scranton.
Interment will be private. Marlene will be laid to rest with her husband in St. John The Baptist Cemetery, Exeter.

I have such fond memories of Aunt Marlene and how sweet she was. When I was Young, I lived next to her with my parents Carmen and Ruth constantino, I used to visit her all the time and she would give me peanut butter cups for helping her clean fond memories of a wonderful person
