Marlene Konobeck, 84 years old, passed away Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, in her home in Forest Lake, Minnesota.
Marlene was born on March 19th, 1941, in St. Paul, Minnesota, to Lawrence and Gladys Liedholm. She grew up in Roseville Minnesota, where she attended school and graduated from Alexander Ramsey High School, Class of 1959. She raised two children together with her first husband and enjoyed life.
Marlene loved to attend classic car shows, ballroom dancing on the weekends and monthly lunch dates with her childhood friends. She made pumpkin bars at Christmas time that we all looked forward to. She loved her collection of Precious Moments, Elvis Presley, word find books, playing bingo (she was known as the bingo Queen), and watching game shows.
She is survived by children, Sheila (Mike) MacDonald, Dan (Lynn) Reed; grandchildren, Nikki (Mark) Klein, Tina (PJ) Barrett, Sky Reed; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Marlene was preceded in death by parents, Lawrence and Gladys Liedholm as well as other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will held in the Spring (her favorite season). Marlene was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.
