Marlene LaPlante

Marlene L. LaPlante, of Wales, died Sat., July 14, 2012 at age 76. She was born in Milwaukee on Nov. 12, 1935 the daughter of the late Clifford and Ruth (nee Nelson) Coleman.  She will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 58 years Donald “Don” LaPlante, their children, John LaPlante of Oak Creek, Ken (Chris) LaPlante of New Berlin, James (Marilyn) LaPlante of Eagle, Connie Sweet of New Berlin, Rocky (Mary) LaPlante of Wales and foster son Ken Kussrow of California. Dear grandmother of 13 grandchildren and great-grandmother of eight with three on the way. Sister of Tom (Jill) Coleman, Joyce (Toby) Ackerman, Sandra (Jim) Walker and Carol (Jeff) Davies. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her brothers Donald and Gerald Coleman and sister Marion Harland.  Visitation Fri., July 20, 2012 from 9:00AM until 11:20AM at St. Luke Catholic Church, 18000 W. Greenfield Ave., Brookfield. Funeral Mass 11:30AM. Rev. Kenneth J. Augustine presiding.   Graveside services will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Boys Town, P.O.
