Marlene M. Myogeto, 83, of Fargo, ND, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Bethany on 42nd, Fargo, ND. Marlene was born April 4, 1942, in Stuart, MN, to Bill and Elsie Meyer. On August 14, 1969, Marlene married the love of her life, Kelly Myogeto. They settled in Fargo and raised their family. Over the years, she enjoyed working as a nurses aid. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing, camping, sewing and canning. She loved playing games with her family even though we all knew grandpa Kelly would win every time. Though we will miss her dearly, we know she is at peace with God and reunited with grandpa.
Marlene is survived by her children, Leah (Bradley) Swenson, Shannon (Stephanie) Myogeto, Shawn Myogeto; grandchildren, Payton (Brogan), Fallon (Brent), Shaine, Paige (Maison), Abbie, Brandon (Tricia), Austin and Andrew; and sister-in-law, Ardis Meyer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kelly; parents, Bill and Elsie Meyer; and siblings, Earl Meyer, Virgil “Buddy” Meyer, Audrey (Doc) Stratton and Jeannette (Herb) Rose.
Celebration of life will be held 11 am Saturday, June 21st at Lake Crest Community Center, 703 31st Avenue West, West Fargo, ND 58078. Please come with your favorite memories and stories to share.
