Marlene Antonette Stankiewicz

This photo was taken on June 5, 1956 as these three young ladies who grew up together on Wall Street in South Everson, PA were preparing to go to their high school graduation. This is Lucille Suchocki, Marlene Nebesney and LaVonne Suchocki.

Marlene was just 6 days older than I and we grew up as neighbors in South Everson; graduated from Scottdale High School together and stayed in touch for many years. I will pray for comfort for her family and remember memories are a gift of God that death cannot destroy.
