Marquell Dewight Reddic Sr.

Marquell Dewight "Quell" Reddic, Sr., of Rockford departed this earthly life June 26, 2024. He was born May 13, 1995 in Rockford the son of Tante Meadows and Samuel Reddic II. Marquell was self-employed as a Real Estate Investor, just starting in property sales by Reddic Realties. He attended St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Marquell attended Auburn High School, later to receive his G.E.D.
Marquell leaves to cherish many loving memories, his son, Marquell Reddic Jr; four daughters Marianna Reddic, My'anna Reddic, Ma'Layiah Reddic and J'lyn Tidwell; parents, Tante Meadows (Patrick Johnson) and Samuel (Lakeesha) Reddic II; four sisters, Samiera Reddic, Markianna Tharpe, Paris Myles and Quaniyyah Myles; five brothers, Quortell Reddic, Tariq Smith, Quordell Thomas, Samuel Reddic, III; Quintin McKenzie and Quavion Myles; maternal grandfather, Leonard Dowthard; and maternal grandmother, Betsy Reddic; mothers of his children, Geanna Williams and Damekwa Hart; special friends, Justice Tidwell and Patrick Johnson; a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Vickie Dowthard; and paternal grandfather, Samuel Reddic Sr.
