Ms. Marsh Marie Hines, daughter of the late John Richard and Naomi Boston Hines was born January 7, 1976 in Florence, South Carolina. She departed this earthy life on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at the age of 46.
“Juice Box” as she was affectionately called by her son, while the remainder of the family called her “Coota” attended the Public Schools of Florence County in Florence, South Carolina. She was a proud graduate of Wilson High School Class of 1995.
She was a Substitute Teacher at North Vista Elementary School for several years.
Marsha was a member of Glorious Apostolic Church under the leadership of the grandmother, the late Pastor Roceda Hines and later under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Hines.
Marsha was preceded in death by her by parents John Richard and Naomi Boston Hines; her paternal grandparents, Willie Pete Hines and Pastor Roceda Hines; her maternal grandparents, Sammie Lee and Dianna Brown Boston; four uncles, Sammie Hines, Terry Hines, Sammie Boston, Jr., and Joseph Boston.
Marsha leaves to cherish her memories: two sons, Markel and Malique Hines of the home in Florence, South Carolina; one sister, Tara (Joshua) Brockington of Florence, South Carolina; two brothers, John Richard (Natasha) Hines of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Alonzo (Yvette) Brown of Darlington, South Carolina; two nephews, Tyshawn Hines of Florence, South Carolina and Anthony (Brianna) Brown of Greenville, South Carolina; three nieces, Keyandra Hines and Teaira Hines both of Florence, South Carolina, and Serena Brown of Darlington, South Carolina; seven uncles, Darren Boston, Bishop Joseph (Linda) Hines, Willie Hines, Jr., Robert Hines, David Hines, Jordan Hines and Elijah Hines; twelve aunts, Mary Addison, Yvonne Bruce, Annette (James) Williams, Teresa Boston, Constella (Steven) McAllister, Tammy (Cedric) Eaddy, Francena (Isaiah) Brockington, Rose (Eddie) Thomas, Mary (Phillip) Wilson, Lottie (Jimmy) Walker, and Easter May (Tyler) Capers; and a host of cousins, other relatives, extended family and friends.
