Marsha Kreitman Obituary
Marsha Newman Kreitman, 87, of Plano, TX, died Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at her home. She was born June 7, 1936, in Henderson, KY, to the late Edward and Goldie Wall Newman. Marsha was a former medical claims reviewer for Geico Insurance, an employee at General Electric when she lived in Louisville, KY and a homemaker. She was a member of Congregation Beth Torah in Richardson, TX.
Marsha is preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Jacob Kreitman.
She is survived by her loving children, Elaine Pancoast of Plano, TX, Iris Foster (Robert) of Shepherdsville, KY and Eric Kreitman (Michelle) of Black Mountain, NC; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 22nd at Keneseth Israel Cemetery, 2800 block of Preston Highway, Louisville, KY. Memorial gifts may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation www.parkinson.org. May her memory be of a blessing.

I worked with Marsha at GEICO as a bill reviewer. She was always feisty with a sweet sense of humor. I became pregnant while working with her and she along with the team took me under their wing. When I had my daughter MaKenzi, I would bring her into the unit and Marsha would just hold, rock and hug her. She adopted her and when she would buy something she would tell me to let my daughter know that the gift was from her Bubbie Marsha and Zadie Jake. Marsha was a proud wife, mother and grandmother - she would always talk about her grandkids and how much she loved spending time with them. I hate to know that she is gone, but her love and fond memories will live on. May your family find peace, love and understanding. I will keep you all in my prayers.

We met Jay and Mrs Kreitman at the Strathmoor Key Market. We lived on Winston Ave and went to the grocery store three times weekly. I remember she had a good sense of humor. We always liked Max as well. I´m sorry for your loss . Sincerely Patsy
