Marsha Lane, 67, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully Saturday, May 7, 2022, in UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born July 1, 1954, in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Zolton and Jean Guadagni Horner Popp.
Marsha lived her life in Canonsburg and was a graduate of Canon-McMillan Sr. High School Class of 1972. She was a graduate of the South Hills Beauty Academy and was employed at BS Hair Salon in Canonsburg.
Marsha enjoyed being with her family and heartfelt conversations with her aunt, Marilyn Malinowski.
She had been a member of St. Oscar Romero Parish, St. Patrick Church.
On January 31, 1984, Marsha married Cory E. Lane, who survives. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Jennifer (Brad) Ring of South Fayette, Cory E. Lane Jr. of Eighty-Four, Jaclyn R. Smith of Canonsburg, and Brian Lane of Martinsville, Va. She will be lovingly remembered by grandchildren, "quiet, handsome" Kaden John, and "joyfully rambunctious" Tyler Zolton Ring, and her "beautiful blessing" Lucy Marie Lane. Her siblings, brother Kevin Zolton Popp, John (Patty) Popp, and sister Leslie (Rodney) Yarbor along with several nieces, nephews and cousins, will hold fond memories of her.
Friends and family will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., Joseph P. Salandra LFD, owner/supervisor, 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where a blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 11. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery.
