Marsha Moser

Marsha Ann (Stepsie) Moser, 67, of Oley, died December 24, 2020 in Penn State Health / St. Joseph. She was married June 9, 1990 to Terry Lee Moser. Born August 12, 1953 in Pottstown, Montgomery County, she was a daughter of the late Teofiel and Emma L. (Heckman) Stepsie. Marsha was a 1971 graduate of Boyertown Area High School. She was a restaurant owner for 42 years, since 1978; owning the Covered Bridge Hotel (Bridge Inn), Shanesville Hotel (Creekside Hotel), and the Pleasantville Diner. Marsha is also survived by two children: Marcy, wife of Cody Lightbourne of Earl Township and Zachary E. Moser of Boyertown and fostered two children: Jenna Sassaman and Amy Hafer. Other survivors include five grandchildren: Comar Lightbourne, Cordin Lightbourne, Coderro Lightbourne, Levi Moser, and Ariana Michewicz She is survived by a sister, Carol Moser of Earl Township. Marsha was predecesed by three siblings: Spec. Ronald S. “Butch” Stepsie, Dennis Stepsie and an infant brother. A viewing will be held Wednesday, December 30th from 11:30 – 12:30 in Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley, with a service starting at 12:30 pm in the funeral home.
