Marsha and I were lifelong friends. We were born a week apart and our fathers both worked at C.R. Anthony´s, so our parents were dear friends. Marsha and I spent lots of time together until we graduated from high school. After that we saw each other when we could. Our last time together was when my mother and I drove to Henrietta to spend the day with Thelma and Marsha.

There are so many memories with Marsha. We took dancing together from ages 3 through high school She even lived with my family for a while so she could attend Northwest Classen High School.

She was so faithful to check on me whenever there was news of a California fire or earthquake. We hadn´t talked or texted in a few months. She texted me in March saying, "Hey girlie! Have a new phone and here is my new number ... Love ya" We didn´t get to talk after that because I was traveling. I´m in shock and so very, very sad.
