Marshall Sonn Obituary
He was the son of Isidor and Lillian Thomas Sonn. Born in Hartford, CT, he cherished life's simple joys. He loved spending time on Chalker Beach, Old Saybrook, with family and friends. It is here where laughter, love and the sound of the waves brought him peace and happiness.
Marshall worked for many years as a pharmacist after graduating from the University of Connecticut's School of Pharmacology.
He is survived by his loving wife, Dawn DeVaux Sonn, his son and daughter in law, Michael and Crystal Sonn and his son in law Nicholas Parsons. He was predeceased by his daughter, Rachel J. Parsons.
Marshall loved his three granddaughters, Madeline Sonn, Carly Sonn and Juliana Parsons. He will also be dearly missed by his sisters, Gloria London and Debby Hammerl, extended family, friends and all who were lucky enough to know him.
At this time, his family is planning a private celebration of life in the spring.
