Martha S Dalmas, 93, of Allentown, made her way to heaven on Sat Nov 30, just 12 days before her 65th wedding anniversary to her loving husband, Gilindo L Dalmas. Born near Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late John and Susan Hollick. She was a nurse in the Air Force for 2 years before working at Sacred Heart Hospital, a profession she loved. She raised 2 wonderful children, Andraea Drabenstott of Allentown and Anthony Dalmas, who passed away in 2020. She also had 2 awesome grandchildren, Lauren and Mitchell Drabenstott. A longtime member of St Thomas More, she sang in the choir and loved every minute of it. She will go down as one of the sweetest women the world has ever known.
Services: viewing on Friday, Dec 13 at 10am at St Thomas More Church (1040 Flexer Ave Allentown) followed by mass at 11am.

Lt Col Wendy S. Collins, USAF, Nurse Corps, Retired

March 25, 2025

On behalf of the Society of Air Force Nurses, please know we are mourning with you the death of our sister nurse, Martha. It takes a patriot, willing to give of themselves to other human beings in their time of need, to step forth and join the ranks of our U. S. Air Force Nurse Corps. Your beloved one will be mourned and missed by many who served alongside her. We will include her name in our Memorial Program of the Society of Air Force Nurses in commemoration of her life and service to our nation.
With Sincerest Regards and Gratitude,
Wendy S. Collins, Lt Col, USAF, Nurse Corps (Retired)
