Martha Geeslin Obituary
Born on August 18, 1930, in Macon, GA, Joyce lived a life marked by love, grace, resilience, and devotion to family. She was known for her kind spirit, unwavering faith, sense of humor and generosity. She touched the lives of many throughout her career as a State of Georgia employee and as a model mother, grandmother, and friend.
Joyce is preceded in death by her mother, Martha Feagin, (Owen Feagin), her daughter, Paula Geeslin, and her youngest son, Dana Geeslin (Debra Geeslin). She is survived by her oldest son, David Geeslin (Kathy Geeslin), her grandchildren, Michael Geeslin (Kathryn Thompson), Kelly McWilliams (Richard McWilliams) and Kevin Geeslin, and her great-grandson, Charles Geeslin.
A funeral service will be held at Fairhaven Funeral Home, Macon, GA, on Tuesday, September 30 at 2 P.M., with Chaplin Joe Daniel presiding. Visitation will begin at 1 P.M, and all who wish to celebrate her life and support her family are welcome to attend.
The family will graciously accept flowers or donations may be given to Martha Bowman Church, 500 Bass Rd, Macon, GA 31210, in Joyce's name as a legacy of her undying faith, https://www.marthabowman.org/give
Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
