Martha Hopper Obituary
Born Thursday, February 6, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Stonie Cotham and the late Helen Norman Cotham. She was an operator at Ashby's chair factory in Benton.
Surviving are daughter, Joyce Hall of Benton, KY; grandchildren, Lindsey Willett and Jacob Thweatt and great grandchild, Keela Thweatt.
She was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Charles McGregor, her 2nd husband William Hopper, Jr., by her daughter, Linda Thweatt, brothers, Ray Salyers and Robert Cotham, and sister, Lorene Humphrey.
There will be a private family graveside at Wade Cemetery on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested to make donations to St. Joseph's Indian School 1301 North Main Street Chamberlin, SD 57325 or donate online at [email protected].
