Martha Grace Hubbell, age 91, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 29, 1934, in Parma, Ohio, to the late William and Irene (Burke) Walden.
Grace was kindhearted and volunteered her time at the Knox Community Hospital gift shop. She was a member of the Knox chapter 236 Order of Eastern Star, and a member of the Mulberry Church for over 70 years, and a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Women's Organization. She retired from AAA in Worthington, Ohio. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.
Grace is survived by her daughter, Robin (Steve) Stevison; grandchildren, Lee (Meghanne) Stevison, Grant Stevison, Tom (Erica) Stevison, Phillip (Niko) Lockhart, Robert (Taylor) Lockhart, Jonathan Lockhart; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; a brother, William (Mary Ellen) Walden of Bay Village, Ohio; sisters, Marian DeLong of Springfield, Ohio, Constance Fromm of Chelsea, Michigan; and brother in law, Ronald Lockhart of Louden, Tennessee; daughter in law, Beverly Lockhart; several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Grace is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lockhart; and two sons, Stanley and Raymond Lockhart.
The family will host a celebration of life service on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Mulberry Church; 205 N. Mulberry Steet, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050, officiated by Pastor Doug Pummell.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Knox County Humane Society, Luminary Hospice, or Mulberry Church.
