Martha Laurent Obituary
Martha, age 82 of Carville, died Monday, February 9, 2026, at home in Carville, LA.
She is survived by her children, Melissa, Monty Jr (Jana), Margaret Haydel (Robbie), and daughter-in-law, Kim; Nine grandchildren; Six great grandchildren and two sisters, Annette and Lula.
Preceded in death by her husband, Monty, her son Michael, her sister Mary, and brothers William, Frank and Johnny.
Visitation will be at St. Gabriel Catholic Church on Friday February 13, 2026, at 9:30am with a Mass of Christian burial at 11:00am conducted by Father Albert Blount with burial to follow in St. Gabriel Catholic Church Cemetery.
Ascension Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
