Martha London Obituary

Martha Jane London, 83, of Verona, formerly West Deer, died peacefully at home Saturday, April 2, 2022. She was the beloved former wife of the late Robert London (Bobby); daughter of the late Jack and Martha Christen; loving mother of Jeffrey (Melanie) and Jennifer London; devoted precious grandmother "Mimi" of Lauren London Law (Daniel) and Olivia Francis London (Hunter Sharp); and sister of John Christen and Michelle Christen (the late John Vosachlo). Mimi was known for her annual Christmas parties and delicious New Jersey style Sunday gravy. She was an avid shopper and deal getter and loved vacationing at the beach with her family. There will be no visitation. A celebration of life is planned for the summer. Professional services are entrusted to THOMAS M. SMITH FUNERAL HOME. Memorial contributions may be made to Homes for Our Troops, https://www.hfotusa.org. www.thomasmsmithfuneralhome.com.

I work at Verona Giant Eagle and would chat with Martha often. She was a very good friend of my aunt "Nornie" Byers. She always kept in touch with my mom Margie Schillinger before she passed away. I will miss seeing her and her lovely smile. She really loved her children and grandchildren. Rest In Peace dear Mart.
