Martha L. (Banks) Martin went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. She was born on February 11, 1964; she was the daughter of Margaret J. (Banks) Saulisbury and Johnny Harris. She was also the loving step daughter of Norman Nolden.
Martha attended school at York City School District. She was employed at Chartwell York College. She enjoyed playing cards, dominos, cooking, but most of all, she loved her family.
Martha leaves to mourn her loss, but cherish her memories, 2 children, Antonio M. Banks of Maryland, and LeAshia M. Banks (Van Jr.) of York; her husband Ozzie Martin; 6 brothers, Joseph Banks, Phillip Banks, Jay Harris (Kim), Juan Harris (Christine), and Carlton Harris, all of York, and Diaz Harris Sr. (Lisa) of North Carolina; 5 sisters, Kimberly Banks-Brabham (Robert), and Michele Banks, both of York, Norma Nolden-Peeples (Carl) of Florida, Shirette Garry (Neff) of Virginia, and Staci Harris-Williams (Dwayne) of Maryland, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 bonus grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
Martha was proceeded in death by her parents Margaret and Johnny, grandparents Martha E. (Williams) and Samuel F. Banks, Sr.

Marty and I worked together for many years at York College. She made me laugh all the time. My favorite line of Marty´s was..."you dig"! God bless Marty and her family.
