Martha White McClure, 95, passed away peacefully at her home in Pompano Beach, Florida, on November 17, 2025. Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, on December 28,1929, she was the daughter of Dr. T.C. and Katherine White and grew up in Barnesville, Ohio.

Martha met Jim McClure when she was in the school of dental hygiene and he was in dental school at The Ohio State University. After marriage they returned to her hometown of Barnesville where he started a dental practice next to her father's. Together they raised three daughters and lived in Barnesville until moving to Pompano Beach in 1997. Martha was known for her spunk, warmth, and kindness-qualities that endeared her to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim; her daughter, Susanna Smallcombe; and her sister, Eleanor Russell.

She is survived by her daughters Mindy (Barry) Tetrault and Pam (Chuck) Armbruster; grandchildren Brady Armbruster, Katie Bone, Jeff (Alyssa) Tetrault, Amanda Tetrault, Abby (David) Valencic, and Kyle (Emaly) Smallcombe; nephews Scott (Susan) Russell and John (Linda) Russell; and seven great-grandchildren-Zoe and Ava Bone, and Finley, Paige, Cooper, Kemper, and Laken Tetrault.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family in Barnesville, Ohio.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Barnesville Education Foundation, the First Presbyterian Church of Barnesville, Barnesville Flower Baskets, or a charity of your choice.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Trustbridge Hospice and to her devoted caregivers, Tunde Gartner and Krisztina Molnar, for their compassion and care.
