Martha Muessig

It is with great sadness that the family of Martha Muessig announce her passing. On June 26 after a long illness she passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was a mom to five children and a grandmother to nine. She was a loving wife to her husband Frank of 60 years. They were able to celebrate this milestone only a few weeks ago with all of their family by their sides. Martha was deeply involved in learning about her family's past and became well known for her investigative skills and interest in family ancestry. She loved to sing in the church choir, was an avid fan of country music and guitar, especially Chet Atkins and Johnny Cash, and was obsessed with horses. She deeply loved her grandchildren Caroline, Riley, Ryan, Marie-Elaina, Colin, Brent, John. James and Max. She is also survived by her husband Frank, her children Kevin, Aileen, Francis, James and Daniel and their spouses Gina, Suzanne, Renee and Carol.
