Martha Bell Patterson, 93, of Bullard, passed through Heavens Gate on Thursday evening, August 21, 2025. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Tuesday afternoon, August 26, 2025, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard at 1:00pm. Chaplain Samuel Glenn will officiate the service. Interment will be at Bullard Cemetery.
Martha was born in Paris, Texas, on August 11, 1932, to parents Willie and Gladys Wilson. She married the love of her life, William Patterson, and spent her life as a homemaker caring for their family. Martha had a very large family and she had plenty of love to share with every family member, friend, or special person in her life that was blessed to have known her. Martha loved her family dearly and she will be missed by all.
Martha is preceded by her Father, Willie Lee Wilson, Mother, Gladys E Wilson, Husband, William C Patterson, Grandson, Steven Barrett, Granddaughter, Rita Joy Scott, and Great-granddaughter, Alexis Rena Whitaker.
Martha is survived by her Son, Arthur Lewis Barrett (Vicki), Son, Al Barrett (Shelly), Daughter, Sara Fellers, Sister, Mable Smith, numerous siblings, Granddaughter, Alicia Whitaker (Marcus), Grandson, Tim Barrett, Granddaughter, Jacque Darsey (Wes), Grandson, Johnnie Sanders (Brenna), Granddaughter, Cindy Weems (Jay), Grandson, Kerry Gomez (Stacie), Grandson, Trey Barrett (Trista), Grandson, Tony Sanders, Granddaughter, Paula Ralson, Granddaughter, Tonya Dean (Sam), 28 Great-Grandchildren, and 15 1/2 Great-Great Grandchildren
Pallbearers will be Kody Whitaker, Kiefer Whitaker, Christopher Barrett, Matthew Ralson, Jonathan Ralson, and Emerson Diez.
