Mrs. Teems was born May 7, 1944, in Marianna, FL, daughter of the late Bun and Maida Lou Sasser Kinsey. She was a member of Fisher's Chapel Church, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Sears.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Judy Owens.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Teems; son, Jason (Dena) Teems; daughter, Emily (Mike) Gaddis; brother, James Earl Kinsey; sisters, Betty Ward and Gail Atkins; grandchildren, Olivia Ann Bearden, Jordan Rae Hughes, Sarah Wilson, Meghan Herbel, Mikey Willingham, and Andrea Croft; and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Fisher's Chapel Church Pastor Bruce Owens and Pastor Mike White officiating.
