Martha María Valenzuela López, age 42. Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on December 24, 2025, at Brightmoor Hospice Center in Conyers, Georgia, surrounded by love. Martha was born on July 6, 1983, in Degollado, Jalisco, Mexico, to her loving parents, Guillermina López and Jesús Valenzuela. At the age of 17, she moved to Georgia, where she built a life rooted in faith, family, and perseverance.
She was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, José Refugio Maldonado Rodríguez, and a proud, selfless mother to her four treasured daughters: Abigail, Briana, Catherine, and Heilany Maldonado. Martha became a mother at the age of 20 with the birth of her first daughter, Abigail, and went on to welcome three more daughters, each of whom was the light of her life. In December 2021, Martha and her husband fulfilled a meaningful milestone together by purchasing their family home, a place filled with love, warmth, and cherished memories.
Martha was known for her deep passion for God, her genuine love for people, her bright and welcoming smile, and her charming, joyful spirit. She had a special gift for making others feel valued and cared for through her kindness, playful teasing, thoughtful messages, and contagious laughter.
She loved baking, gardening, and knitting, but she was always eager to try new hobbies and learn new things. No matter what she did, she poured her heart into it and brought joy to those around her.
Martha leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith, strength, and unconditional love. She is survived by her husband, her daughters, her parents, her siblings, and her cherished nieces and nephews, along with many extended family members and friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Though her time with us was far too short, the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the faith she lived by will remain forever. Martha will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered until we meet again.

Martha María Valenzuela López, de 42 años de edad, partió en paz a la presencia del Señor el 24 de diciembre de 2025, en Brightmoor Hospice Center en Conyers, Georgia, rodeada de amor. Martha nació el 6 de julio de 1983 en Degollado, Jalisco, México, hija de sus amorosos padres, Guillermina López y Jesús Valenzuela. A la edad de 17 años se mudó a Georgia, donde construyó una vida basada en la fe, la familia y la perseverancia.
Fue una esposa dedicada a su amado esposo, José Refugio Maldonado Rodríguez, y una madre orgullosa y entregada a sus cuatro queridas hijas: Abigail, Briana, Catherine y Heilany Maldonado. Martha se convirtió en madre a los 20 años con el nacimiento de su primera hija, Abigail, y posteriormente dio la bienvenida a tres hijas más, quienes fueron la luz de su vida. En diciembre de 2021, Martha y su esposo lograron una meta muy importante al comprar su hogar familiar, un lugar lleno de amor, calidez y recuerdos inolvidables.
Martha era conocida por su profunda pasión por Dios, su amor sincero por las personas, su sonrisa brillante y acogedora, y su espíritu alegre y encantador. Tenía un don especial para hacer sentir a los demás valorados y queridos a través de su bondad, sus bromas, sus mensajes atentos y su risa contagiosa.
Le encantaba hornear, la jardinería y tejer, pero siempre estaba dispuesta a probar nuevos pasatiempos y aprender cosas nuevas. En todo lo que hacía, ponía su corazón y llevaba alegría a quienes la rodeaban.
Martha deja un hermoso legado de fe, fortaleza y amor incondicional. Le sobreviven su esposo, sus hijas, sus padres, sus hermanos, y sus queridos sobrinos y sobrinas, así como muchos familiares y amigos que llevarán su recuerdo por siempre en sus corazones.
Aunque su tiempo con nosotros fue demasiado corto, el amor que dio, las vidas que tocó y la fe con la que vivió permanecerán para siempre. Martha será profundamente extrañada y recordada con amor hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar.
