Martha Jane Wolfe, age 81, a resident of Pennville, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at her home in Pennville.
Martha was born June 27, 1942 in Gas City, Indiana the daughter of Henry and Nora (Croucher) Jones.
Martha worked for several years as a kitchen aide at Meadowvale Nursing Home in Bluffton, Indiana. Martha was a member of the Aviant Club of Pennville.
Survivors include:
1 Daughter: Sherri Wolfe (Husband Robert) Paragon, Indiana
2 Sons: Larry Wolfe II – Cloverdale, Indiana
Robert Wolfe Sr. (wife Bobbi Jo) – Dunkirk, Indiana
6 Brothers: Richard Jones (wife Carol) Dunkirk, Indiana – Albert Jones, Dunkirk, Indiana – "Arc" James Jones, Pennville, Indiana – Earl Jones, Dunkirk, Indiana – Kenneth Jones (wife Jenny) Dunkirk, Indiana – and Phillip Jones.
2 Sisters: Betty Vaughn – Dunkirk, Indiana – Vickie Beavers- Jacksonville, Florida.
Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
Martha was preceded in death by 2 sisters – Anna Regnault, and Agnes Moore, and 4 brothers – Thomas Jones, George Jones, Leroy Jones, and Robert "Bobby" Jones.
Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Pennville. Memorial Service will follow at 12 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Pennville. Burial will be held at I.O.O.F. Dunkirk Cemetery in Dunkirk.

I didn't know Martha, but I worked with her son, Robert for a while, and he was a good friend. My heart is heavy for the loss of your loved one and I continue to pray that healing continues for each of you.
