Martiniano Martinez-Cerda, age 70, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.
Born in Bocas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Martiniano later made his home in Houston and Conroe, Texas. A hardworking and dedicated man, he wore many hats throughout his life-owning a landscaping business and a tire shop and working as a contractor and welder. He believed in the value of staying busy, always looking for the next job, and never shield away from hard work.
He is survived by his beloved daughters, Diana Torres and Mayra Meneses; his sons, Roy Martinez, Freddie Martinez, and Brayan Martinez; and his nine cherished grandchildren, who brought light and pride to his days. Martiniano's legacy of perseverance, love for family, and determination will live on through them.
Martiniano will be remembered for his tireless work ethic, his love for catching up with family, and the strength he showed throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Nacido en Bocas, San Luis Potosí, México, Martiniano posteriormente estableció su hogar en Houston y Conroe, Texas. Fue un hombre trabajador y dedicado, desempeñando muchos oficios a lo largo de su vida-fue dueño de un negocio de jardinería y una llantera, además de trabajar como contratista y soldador. Creía firmemente en el valor del trabajo constante y siempre buscaba mantenerse ocupado.
Le sobreviven sus queridas hijas, Diana Torres y Mayra Meneses; sus hijos Roy Martinez, Freddie Martinez, y Brayan Martinez; y sus nueve amados nietos, quienes fueron motive de Orgullo y alegría para él. El legado de Martiniano-su perseverancia, amor por la familia y determinación-vivirán en ellos.
Martiniano será recordado por su incansable ética de trabajo, su cariño por reunirse con la familia y la fortaleza que demostró a lo largo de su vida. Sera profundamente extrañado por todos los que lo conocieron y amaron.
