Marvin Katchkey

Marvin Katchkey, 79, of Saukville, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Milwaukee. He was born on August 25, 1945, to the late Morris and Evelyn (Brooks) Katchkey. 

Marvin was a graduate of Custer High School in Milwaukee. After high school Marvin worked at Milwaukee County Stadium. Marvin retired from the Milwaukee Public Schools where he was a custodian for many years. He was also the co-owner of a Baskin Robins in Milwaukee. 

Marvin is survived by his cousins Jack Katchkey, Marty (Janet) Josephson, Seymour (Connie) Katchkey, Pamela Choy, Larry Choy, Cindy (Terry) Katz, Steven (Susan) Josephson, Kenneth (Tracie) Josephson, Ned (Tammy) Hochstein, Marshall Stein, Bobby Stein, David (Linda) Katchkey and Theresa (Mike) Herman). He is further survived by other relatives and many friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister Marilyn Katchkey and cousins, Michael Katchkey, Michael Hochstein and Richard Josephson.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 1:00pm at Ballhorn Chapels Funeral & Cremation Care Center, 1201 N. 8th St., Sheboygan. Burial will follow at the Sheboygan Hebrew Cemetery in Kohler. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 12:00 pm until the time of service at the FUNERAL HOME.
