Mary Boone Obituary
Mary Katherine Boone, aged 22, passed away on September 14, 2025, in Fayette, Alabama. Born in Alabama on September 11, 2003, Mary grew up in a close-knit family and graduated from Carbon Hill High School in 2022.
Mary was known for her kind heart, her love for her family and friends, and her passion for drawing. She worked at Walker Health and Rehab in Carbon Hill, where she formed many cherished friendships.
She is survived by her mother, Virginia Boone; sister, Maggie Boone; stepmother, Pushpa Patel; nephew, Lucas Tremble; grandmothers, Amy Spain and Gail Yassine; aunt, Sandy Bagwell; as well as, great- uncle, Frank Boone. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Jasim "Jeff" Boone; brother, Justin Tremble; grandfather, Troy Spain; aunt and uncle, Mary and Troy Spain Jr.
Services to celebrate Mary’s life will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Voice of Truth in Carbon Hill, AL. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM, followed by the service at 1:00 PM, officiated by Minister Brother E.J. Lowery. Burial will take place at Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church on Highway 195, Nauvoo. Wilson Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory in Carbon Hill, AL, is assisting the family with the arrangements.
