Mary Frances Brophy went home to be with the Lord on March 9, 2026. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Warner Robins. Visitation will be held at the church one hour before the service. Mary will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery during a private graveside service on Friday, March 13, 2026.
Mary was born on October 18, 1939, in Rhine, Georgia, to the late William C. and Frankie Livingston Brophy. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church. Mary taught every age group from nursery to senior adults. Mary was also active in Senior Adult Ministry, Women’s Missionary Union and leading GA’s for many years. She was always supportive of different ministries and individuals. Mary was known to bless many by baking her lacy oatmeal cookies.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Brophy.
Left to cherish her memory is one niece, Toni Brophy; special friends, Jon and Beth Huguley; and a host of other Frist Baptist Warner Robins Friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations be made of Mary’s memory to First Baptist Church of Warner Robins
