Gaffney - Mary Louise Cole, 86, of 521 W. Montgomery St. Apt 36, passed away on Saturday, July 26th, 2025, at the Cherokee Medical Center.
Born in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Lillian Wheeler Cole. She worked as a caregiver and was a member of Spirit and Truth Fellowship Church.
Surviving Ms. Cole are a brother, Jim Cole (Diane), two grandchildren, Jessica Cole and Blaire Pritchard, seven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and one greatgreat grandchild on the way.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, James Michael Cole, two sisters, Barbara Ann Cudd and Carol Hutchins, and a brother, Joseph Victor Cole.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 29th, 2025, from 5:00-7:00pm at Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney.
The family will be at their respective homes.
The family would like to thank all of the nurses at Gaffney Medical Center and Spartanburg Regional Hospice for their care.
The Gaffney location of Gordon Mortuary is serving the Cole family.
